SHIPPING POLICY

We ship throughout New Zealand. If shipping is available to your area, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout before payment is required.

 

If you order a custom product or product from incoming stock, our sales team will call to arrange a delivery time with you once your order is available.

Some of our products are bespoke & unique. Build times estimate is 4-6 weeks.

For custom-to-made orders, we charge a 20% deposit upfront. Balance is due for payment before shipping.

 

RETURNS POLICY

PURE by The Barrelman offers a return policy in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

It is not our policy to provide a refund for ‘change-of-mind’ – this includes if you simply change your mind, if the item does not fit into the designated space, you decide you no longer require the item, etc. This means that if a customer wishes to return a product due to a change of mind regarding their purchase, there is no legal requirement for a return to be accepted, or a refund or a credit to be issued. We advise customers to select carefully, and if unsure, to view our products at one of our branches before making a purchase.

However, we are happy to exchange your purchase for something of equal value, or a credit note of equal value, with a 3-month expiry. Your purchase must be returned in original condition with all packaging and labels intact and your proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase.

For online purchases, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for faulty or damaged goods.

Please choose carefully! We highly recommend taking measurements and being mindful before making a purchase. We will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act if goods are faulty.
