SHIPPING POLICY

We ship throughout New Zealand. If shipping is available to your area, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout before payment is required.

 

If you order a custom product or product from incoming stock, our sales team will call to arrange a delivery time with you once your order is available.

Some of our products are bespoke & unique. Current estimated build times are 3-5 days.

For custom-to-made orders, we charge a 20% deposit upfront. Balance is due for payment before shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

PURE by The Barrelman offers a return policy in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

It is not our policy to provide a refund for ‘change-of-mind’ – this includes if you change your mind, if the item does not fit into the designated space if you decide you no longer require the item, etc. If a customer wishes to return a product due to a change of mind regarding their purchase, there is no legal requirement for a return to be accepted or a refund or a credit to be issued. We advise customers to select carefully and, if unsure, to view our products at one of our branches before purchasing. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

However, we are happy to exchange your purchase for something of equal value or a credit note of equal value with a 3-month expiry. Your purchase must be returned in original condition with all packaging and labels intact and your proof of purchase within seven days of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases except for faulty or damaged goods.

Please choose carefully! We highly recommend taking measurements and being mindful before making a purchase. If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act.
